My Mom Took Me Hunting
We, the Hermels, have written a children's book about taking our son deer hunting for the first time. Deer hunting is a tradition our families have had for many generations and we were so anxious to share those traditions with our children. In doing so, we knew that going out for the first time can be scary, that the expectation should be low, and that having fun while teaching was very important. Children can read this book to have an idea of what it’s like to prepare for a safe hunt. This is a book kids and adults both will want to read over and over again.
